Raspberry Overnight Oats

Raspberry Overnight Oats

This is a great idea for Breakfast if you are in a hurry most mornings, or perhaps would like to take it with you to eat at break time, especially if, like me, you can often get two breaks during your shift.

Just make it the night before.

Ingredients:
35g Porridge Oats
Handful of Frozen Raspberries
50ml Skimmed milk
Fat Free Greek Yoghurt

Directions:
  • Add the oats to the bottom of a sealable jar and pour in the milk.
  • Add the frozen raspberries, not too many that you cannot get the yoghurt in!
  • Add the yoghurt and agitate to make sure it gets in and around the raspberries.
  • Seal the jar and place in the fridge overnight ready for the next day.
  • TIP: I make up my cool bag and pop the oats into that and put the bag in the fridge overnight, grab and go packed lunch!
  • If you want to add a sweetener, feel free to do so, I prefer mine natural.
  • You can vary these by using different frozen fruits and swapping the Greek yoghurt for fat free Fromage Frais or plain fat free natural yoghurt.
