Ingredients:
35g Porridge Oats
Handful of Frozen Raspberries
50ml Skimmed milk
Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
Directions:
- Add the oats to the bottom of a sealable jar and pour in the milk.
- Add the frozen raspberries, not too many that you cannot get the yoghurt in!
- Add the yoghurt and agitate to make sure it gets in and around the raspberries.
- Seal the jar and place in the fridge overnight ready for the next day.
- TIP: I make up my cool bag and pop the oats into that and put the bag in the fridge overnight, grab and go packed lunch!
- If you want to add a sweetener, feel free to do so, I prefer mine natural.
- You can vary these by using different frozen fruits and swapping the Greek yoghurt for fat free Fromage Frais or plain fat free natural yoghurt.
