Pan Fried Salmon with Salad

Pan Fried Salmon, a great source of Omega 3 as well as a whole host of other vitamins and minerals. And also one of the easiest meals you will ever cook!

Ingredients:

2 Salmon Fillets
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Cucumber
Radish
Grapes
Salt & Pepper

Method:
  • Heat a suitable pan, add a little fry light and season pan with salt and pepper.
  • When hot, place Salmon steak skin side down and reduce heat so it cooks nicely without burning.
  • Leave to cook for around 10 minutes, you will see the Salmon changing colour gradually as the heat starts to rise in it!
  • When it has cooked about half way (10 minutes or so), flip and cook the top, adding a little extra salt and pepper if you wish. Skin should look nicely brown and crispy
  • Prepare salad ingredients in any way you like, and serve with the Salmon when cooked.

Salmon is one of those dishes that needs little or not extra messing, just cook and enjoy the natural flavour!
