Beef in Oyster Sauce with Sesame Spinach
Beef in Oyster sauce is a classic Chinese dish, but we serve it here with whole slices of pan fried beef, rather than stir fried strips, which we hope you will enjoy. Served with Spinach than is finished with a small amount of Sesame oil and you have a wonderfully tasty and authentic Chinese meal!

Diet Coke Chicken: Fakeaway Style Recipe
Well, with everyone going a little fakeaway crazy, a bit of coincidence that we did this recipe for Diet Coke Chicken, the Meet 2 Veg way! Yes, this is a well tried recipe, but we decided it needed updating, so changed a couple of things and we ended up with what we can only describe as a Kung Po style Chicken dish!

Chicken Paella
